As I understand, these sticker represent some sort of glass compliance.
Red stickers with E3 are for cars delivered in Italy
Red stickers with E2 and E3 are for export cars
Blue stickers with E2 and E3 are for cars delivered to France
Green Stickers with E2 and E3 are for all RHD cars
