This is a wonderful Cup and Saucer from Tuscan, where the large flowers really pop against the black background.
As noted in the Condition area of this listing, the bottom of the cup has very small "spots" that disappear from sight at any distance but, you can feel them with your fingertip. These are likely from the time of manufacture but, we just don't know. In any event, this will be a great set to Display but, we don't recommend using it for beverages.
