Gallagher is known for being used by Doc Watson. This instrument is the domestic model "GL-15", which was manufactured in Japan under license from the American manufacturer at the time. Spruce top, rosewood sides and back, ebony fingerboard and bridge, Goto pegs. It has a mother-of-pearl snowflake fingerboard inlay and an all-solid body. It is a dreadnought type with a scale of approximately 645mm, and has a clear, hard, crisp tone. The original design, such as the tortoiseshell pickguard, herringbone trim, and head shape, gives it an atmosphere. Domestic Gallaghers were manufactured from the 80's to the early 90's, but they have relatively few scratches and remain in good condition considering their age. In addition, the string height is set to standard, so you can continue to use it from now on. This is one that does not appear on the used market very often. If you are looking for one, please consider this opportunity. A hard case is included.
