his item is from a clean, smoke free home. It's collection only from the Sunderland area as the surround is extremely heavy. The hearth is not included as it is cemented to the floor.
Included is the fire surround itself, the cover where the ashpan would go and the decorative bars (these two items have been photographed separately). There is no grate. (my candles are supported on a home-made ledge!)
The surround attaches to the wall with four screws as can be seen in the first picture.
