A very fine large trunk in good condition See photos for style.

It's made with a bent wooden frame covered in ply and stained,

It has 3 sturdy hinges all in fine working order,

There is a lock fitted but the key has long since gone.

The handles at either end are made of leather and fitted to the trunk with bolts,

There are a few marks, scuffs and blemishes as it's an item with history.

It has a very small hole, smaller than a 5p piece on the top,

It has a raised lip around the opening making the lid sit nicely.

It's a fine looking piece. I've used it flat and upright.
