SHIPPING

All items typically ship via FedEx Ground and UPS Ground service within 2 -3 business days after we have received clear payment. Once an item is shipped, we will email you the tracking number to the email that is registered with your eBay account. You may use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment. The tracking number will tell you the day on which the item will be delivered. Because we ship via FedEx/UPS, we cannot schedule an exact time as to when the item will arrive. Typically The shipping Carrier drops off all shipments by 7pm Monday - Friday. We do not offer free shipping to anywhere outside of the contiguous United States.

RETURNS

This area rug is rolled and packed from the factory, give it up to 2 weeks to properly settle and lay down. Heavy objects may be placed on top the rug to speed up the process. In the event of receiving a damaged or wrong rug, please email us clear and well lit pictures of the rug you received as this is the first step for the return process Please make sure to pack the rug rolled and/or folded the way you received it. Absolutely no refunds on product that is used, and or not well packaged. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to be deducted from your refund. Returns made after the 30 day window will not be accepted. Please Note: Refunds are only valid for unused items. We try to depict our items in the best way possible with the most accurate color details. Please note that your monitor settings may slightly distort colors from the actual item. Please be advised that in some cases patterns and colors may vary according to size.Due to the nature of area rugs, the exact size as described in the title may be 1 - 3 inches smaller or larger than the exact size.
