Ladies Vintage Abilone Shell Mother Of Pearl Pair 2 Mirrored Compacts Gold Metal Mesh on the bottom. I believe the top is Abilone shell, but has the look of Mother of Pearl.  Measurements are in the last photo. In very good condition except that one has a light yellow stripe on the top showing its age and patina.
