We have our Appliance Repair Specialist available to answer any question you may have regarding your appliance part. We Strongly Recommend that before you place your order, make sure that you are ordering the right part; measurements and looks do not guarantee it is going to be the right part for your appliance. If you are not sure, we’ve got you! Contact Us First and Provide the Brand, Model, and Serial Number of your appliance. We answer eBay messages, Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm PT.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We mostly use USPS and UPS to ship our parts and supplies. We ship our parts within one business day or same day of the order being placed. Please, double check your address before completing the order. Per eBay’s policy, we are unable to change the address after checkout.

If you need to upgrade your shipping, please make sure to tell us BEFORE you place the order so we can help you decide which option is best for you. Please note that selecting expedite shipping DOES NOT reduce handling time.

Big items like dishwasher racks tend to have higher shipping cost due to their weight and dimensions. Also, we are located in California. The farther away you are from us, the more expensive it's going to be to ship it.

RETURN POLICY:

All returns follow the rules from the eBay Returns Program. To Avoid Unnecessary Returns, Contact Us First with your Brand, Model, and Serial Number.  We ask that you send us back the item even if it's damaged.

If a part is sold as new or open box and is returned in its original packaging and has not been installed, a full refund will be given, however, if evidence is found that the part was installed, used or damaged, the return may be subject to up to 50% deduction of the full refund per eBay policy.

We take pictures of every item BEFORE shipping it out. This will help/protect not only the buyer but the seller in the case of a claim/dispute using reasons such as: wrong item sent, received damaged, etc.

PICTURES:

Some of our pictures may differ from the product that you get due to change in packaging, design, etc. as we may have multiples of the same item in stock. Sometimes due to lighting some imperfections may not show up in the pictures but  we try our best to show/highlight any cosmetic damage, scratches, dent, missed part, etc., especially if the part is sold as used.
