The figure and contents are new and in mint condition. 
This item is in the factory sealed plastic package with light friction scuffs. There is a small dent on the bottom right corner, slight blemish on the top, by the hanger hook on the package. There is a small pin hole on the bottom of the package as shown in picture 8. 
The last four pictures are file pictures showing how the figure looks for display when removed from the package.
