In good condition with black bound spine being secure and strong. Edges of the covers show rubbing wear. There are some stains on the front cover as well as a crease on the bottom corner. On the first page there is a tear right by the joining of the spine(check photos) . This is is the only torn page. Pages show wear. small dog ears hear and there, some staining and discoloration from age and use. Still very readable with lots of miles left in the book. There are stamps from the school on the inside of the front cover. No marks or notations within the pages.

Just a lovely book that has been well used. The story of a pup named Tip and his young owners Jack and Janet. Is Tip a terrier? I think so-- such a loyal beasty!
