Why do we charge postage?

We always charge postage rather than offering 'free' postage, as otherwise that cost would need to be added to the purchase price. By listing the item with postage as an additional cost, we can not only combine postage, it means if you purchase more than one item you aren't over paying for the single parcel the items will be sent in.
