At Veil Entertainment it is our goal to offer the most affordable prices, while having every package delivered to our customers safely, and within the timeframe they are needed. We offer a few domestic options to accommodate those situations when you need your items in a rush, for a particular date, and for those who prefer a cost effective option.
All orders ship from within the United States.
Please understand that we are currently not offerring international shipping due to the current amount of uncertaintly with over-seas shipments.
CARRIER GUARANTEED SHIPPING SERVICES:
For time sensitive shipments, a Day-Definite Guaranteed service option is strongly recommended. Day-Definite Guaranteed Services are guaranteed by the carrier to arrive in the number of days selected, as such, these services rarely see shipping delays as they are eligible for a full-service refund by the carrier if they are late. Orders placed with a Day-Definite service option are the first to ship from our facility and will in most cases ship the same day when payment is completed before 3pm CST. - 2 Business Day Guaranteed Services* – UPS 2nd Day Air, FedEx 2-Day, and USPS Priority Mail EXPRESS (1-2 Days).
- 1 Business Day / Next Day Guaranteed Services* - UPS Next Day Saver and Fedex Standard Overnight
EXPEDITED & STANDARD SHIPPING OPTIONS:
These services are recommended for the everday buyer that has some flexibility on when their order is needed and prefers a cost effective shipping option. As these service options are not guaranteed by the carrier, they may on experience shipping delays (particularly during peak seasons).
An Expedited Service upgrade is available on most listings by choosing USPS PRIORITY MAIL and is estimated to arrive in 2-4 business Days*. These orders will be prioritized over Standard orders in our facility and offer a faster, more reliable service than our Standard shipping option.
Our Standard Shipping option will use the most cost effective method and is estimated to arrive in 3-5 Business Days*.
*Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Saturday delivery may also be included with some services in certain areas, but is not guaranteed. Delivery time in transit starts from time of shipment and does not include handling time to ship (see handling time below).
COMBINED SHIPPING:
Combined Shipping Discounts are available on all orders where shipping isn't already included. This way when you buy more than one item from us, you will pay the appropriate calculated shipping cost for the method you choose. Purchase your items on the same order and the shipping rates will be calculated for the combined weight of the items. Just use the “Add To Cart” button, than checkout for the items at the same time for these shipping discounts to apply.
HANDLING TIMES:
Our order handling (time to ship) is in most cases 1 Business Day or sooner. Order cut-off time is 3pm CST. Orders placed with a Day-Definite Guaranteed delivery service are automatically prioritized in our system and are normally shipped the same day.
Example: If it is Wednesday before cut-off when your order is placed with a 1 Business Day handling, it would ship no later than Thursday. If the order is placed after cut-off, it would roll over to the next day and would ship no later than Friday.
In rare events or during peak periods, handling times may take longer, in these cases if a shipment is expected to take longer than the promised delivery time, a faster shipping service will be used to ensure an on-time delivery.
