This listing is for a 2012 Lemax Spooky Town Halloween building. It is called THE CHOP SHOP GARAGE & SALVAGE #25323. It is made of resin. The measurements are approx. 10" wide x 5 1/2" deep x 8 1/2" tall. The sound and lights work well. There is a volume control on the power cord. 

I didn't find anything wrong with this building.
