Musicman's Dark Ray Bass is now in stock.
Since its establishment, Ernie Ball Musicman has been loved by many guitarists and bassists.
The new model was created in collaboration with Darkglass, an effector brand that is also very popular.
Equipped with Dark Glass' newly designed 2-band EQ preamplifier, Dark Ray's main feature is that it has three modes: clean, Alpha (distortion), and Omega (fuzz).
The Alpha and Omega's distortion effects can be mixed with the original sound using the gain and blend knobs, allowing you to get everything from clean to distortion to ferocious fuzz tones without sacrificing the bass.
Mode switching is done with a 3-way lever switch, and the point is that the high-intensity LED ring shines beautifully in red (Alpha) or blue (Omega) according to each mode.
The wood materials are also carefully selected, with the body made of selected hardwood and the neck made of roasted maple with excellent strength.
The fingerboard is made of ebony and the frets are made of stainless steel.
In addition, the neck plate has the Musicman and Darkglass logos, expressing the fact that it is a special model.
There are some signs of use such as small scratches, but there is no major damage and it maintains a beautiful appearance.
