Big Agnes is the first to introduce solution-dyed tent body and fly fabrics to the equipment category. The result is better for the environment and the high UV resistance of the solution-dyed fabrics improves the quality of tents. Improving already great tents isn't easy, choosing to lessen the environmental impact while doing so is.

Items can be returned within 30 Days of purchase, and must be returned in original packaging, pending a return authorization.

Tracking

Returns

- You have 60 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for full refund.
Inspect the equipment when it arrives, and if you're not fully satisfied you can return it for a full refund (less the shipping charge) as long as you haven't used it. We won't even ask why you've changed your mind.
You'll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards.
Books, CD's, DVD's and Video Tapes may not be returned (due to copyright laws). Sorry.
Merchandise returned in used condition or not in its original packaging may be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
