This iconic lens, originally designed for aerial reconnaissance during World War II, remains a prized gem for collectors and photographers alike. Its large aperture of f/2.5 outstanding bokeh, making it perfect for portrait, landscape, and astrophotography.

This is a vintage lens that has more than 60 years of age and was used during war, as to be expected the glass shows the classic aero ektar yellowing, but you can easily bleach them with UV light if you wish.

There are few marks, but no damage and no sign of fungus.

The lens has been serviced and cleaned by a qualified technician.

By design the lens was mounted on an electric shutter, in this case the shutter guts have been removed in order to keep it open at all times.
