IT IS MISSING THE BATTERIES. IT DOES NOT HAVE THE STYLUS. THERE ARE HEAVY SCUFF MARKS AND SCRATCH MARKS ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE TABLET. IT HAS A 128GB SOLID STATE DRIVE. THE TOUCHSCREEN DOES WORK.
