Preowned and in very good used condition - Clock does show some signs of wear from use and age, including minor surface scratches to exterior surface and a small crack on the bottom corner/edge - Plastic is slightly cracked on bottom, does not affect function of item - Clock is in working condition as it powers on and the rolling wheel functions properly - Light bulb may need to be replaced as it is appears dim or to be fading
