Wheel set diameter was 27/x 1 1/4 so you can run 26 if you wanted to as well

The tange fork has a small hair line crack at the top. Looks like some one stuck a stem that was just a hair to big. I carefully

Removed the stem no damage to fork can’t still mount head set no problem. See images for reference. A skilled welder could tack weld it for you in a couple of minutes.

Frame measures 2.5 from seat tube to center of steer tube

From bottom Bracket to upper seat tube height is 21 1/4th
