Vintage 1940's petite Spanish Revival Chandelier in black Hand Wrought Iron with Amber Glass Shade.  Though it is small, this chandelier really will be a dramatic statement in a small space in your home.  It would be lovely in a foyer and will work equally as well as a porch light.  It is quite lovely in solid matte black, with lots of scrolling metal and scalloped edge tops.  It is in great condition and has been repainted and rewired and has been tested for safety.  Note in the photos that the fixture does have pitting from decades of hanging outside.  It is very stable though, the pitting adds character.  The ceiling mount is original and the chain is special round link chain.
