Thank you for your interest in this excellent frame with a history of moderate use. There are surface marks, paint chips and scratches. There is a shallow dent to top tube 2 cm behind the hand made in USA sticker as photographed. It does not appear to be structural. The headset does not include the lower bearing . The dropouts, bottom bracket threads and headtube are in good shape. The shock holds pressure over time without a record of recent service.
