For GXP Direct Mount Chainring Offset Description:
1. Mountain crank specifications are all three nail specifications, and the mounting bayonet is universal and has nothing to do with crank specifications. That is, for GXP axis, BB30 axis, PF30 axis, for DUB axis, although the axis is different, but the mounting bayonet is the same.

2. Direct mounted chainring is divided into 0MM/3MM/6MM offsets. There is no saying that the fixed frame uses a few millimeters of offset. The larger the chainring offset, the closer to frame. The purpose of the offset is to correct the chain line. It is related to the choice of crank frame.

3. Frame design has a limit on the number of teeth, and the number of teeth cannot be enlarged infinitely. For example, if you use a 6MM offset chainring to rub frame, you can consider using a 3MM offset chainring, but the chain line should be outside (relatively far away from frame)
4. On the cost of the chainring, the cost of the 0MM offset is lower, and the processing difficulty is low. It is more cost effective to choose the 0MM offset chainrng without considering the chain line.
5. Select the offset chainring. When the chain inclination is the same as the large flywheel and the small flywheel, the use of a direct mounted chainring with a low offset may cause the chain to speed to the large flywheel when the inclination is too large. This chainring will not drop the chain in this case, but the chainring will wear out faster. The greater the inclination of the chain, the greater the chain noise.
