Brand new, never used. Personally hand selected at Homer Laughlin Fiestaware 2nds factory store. There may be one or more small flaws from the manufacturing such as a sand bump, pin pop, light glaze variation, tiny dimple, or light scratch. Often, these same flaws can be found even in first quality Fiesta and other pottery.
