The biggest issues are some wearing and age to the covers, creasing to the spine, marks, writing and underlined passage to some pages, a few small tears on some pages, writing on the inside cover and first page, dog eared pages, highlighted passages and general wearing, the binding and the inside of the book are in good shape. There may be other imperfections that may have been overlooked.
Other than that the book is in excellent shape and still very much readable, photos are the best indicator to the books condition. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
