Return, Sales, and Shipping Policy:
- Most returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery should the device arrive or become defective within that time frame. Devices sold as NEW UNACTIVATED have a 14 day return period. If the NEW device is activated, a 5% restock fee may be charged.
- Any damage to shipping container/box should be noted to UPS or Fedex driver upon delivery and documented, and by picture. The more pictures and documentation that are made available to our insurance provider, the quicker we can handle your refund/return/exchange.
- As usual, all returns must be in the same condition as was shipped and buyer usually pays for return shipping.
- We reserve the right to cancel any orders shipped to a package/freight forwarder (usually for international shipping).
