Antique 800f silver Egyptian Pyramid enamelled spoon with an opening basket on the handle which opens to expose a removable baby Moses inside.  Enamel likeness of the Sphinx and 2 pyramids in the bowl and repeated on the basket lid.  Some enamel wear on the stem.  Super interesting piece.  Seldom found in tact with complete with the baby.
