This Meissen nodding head figurine is crafted from porcelain in Germany, it stands 6 inches tall and is hand painted with 24 K gold netting and multicolor flowers details. The figurine features an articulated head that nods and hands that move and also an open mouth that reveals a wagging tongue. The left hand is missing the weight inside though it still waves but not as perfectly as the right hand that stays waving up and down on its own. It is in excellent condition. No scratches.
