Most books are wrapped in cardboard for shipping. St Paul’s Books is operated by St Paul’s Episcopal Church in Walnut Creek, California, which has been part of the community for over 120 years. Books are obtained from the volunteer-run rummage sale which sells donated items in the spring and fall each year. All proceeds from these sales are donated directly and only to charities. We reuse materials as much as possible for packaging books for shipment, and books are taken to the post office by bicycle.
