VW T4 Cruise Control brings you their latest version of cruise control with The Stalk and VCDS/Vagcom cable to activate the cruise control function on the vehicle. The cable comes with the driver software on a disc but I can also send you a link to these if needed (please message if this is needed).

The cruise control is compatible with all TDI models from 1996*-2003. All these models have a factory fitted plug located around the fuse box area that the system simply plugs onto. Then after the vehicle is programmed with VCDS/Vagcom the cruise control should work (presuming there are no problems with the vehicle).

These are brand new stalks with our cruise control switches in the back of the arm.

The functionality is excellent the same as the hard to come by and usually massively overpriced second hand stalks with the following features

On/Off

Set/Slow Down*

Resume/Speed up.

When you get to the desired speed (above 40 mph) with the power button on simply press the bottom button to set the cruise control then when set the bottom button will slow the vehicle down and the top button will speed the vehicle up.

Pressing the brake or the clutch (if not an automatic) will cut the cruise control out, then the top button will resume at the previous set speed as long as the ignition or the power button haven’t been turned off.

*Please note that the earlier models of the T4 don’t have the slow down function and the speed up might be on the bottom button but this can be rectified easily by swapping the White/Green wires over in the loom by the plug with the bullet connectors.
