This is an open-work style, bright silver tone metal buckle with small clear rhinestones. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 4-1/2" x 2-1/2", it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and it weighs about 2.7 oz.
