How do I send personalization? During payment process, type personalization info in the "Message to Seller" box, then click "ADD". After payment process is complete, click "see order details" where you will see note to seller has been added.

PROOFS: No proofs needed unless requested or I deem necessary.

PROCESSING TIME: Mailed out same day or next business day as long as I have payment and your personalization.

SHIPPING: I ship first class mail via United States Postal Service mail WITH TRACKING. If your order is over 1/4" thick, I will mail First Class PACKAGE which includes tracking. If you need faster than First Class Mail, please upgrade to Priority Mail which includes tracking.

LATE ARRIVALS: I am NOT responsible for the speed of the United States Postal Service, therefore I will not refund for late arrivals. Choose your shipping accordingly.

RETURNS: Not accepted, this is a personalized item and can't be re-used. If a human error occurs by me, I will replace immediately.
