These were purchased by the studio to use in the production of a tv series.  Not sure of the series, but these were in storage for  a while.  I've tried researching them to find the manufacture, but I've be unable to track it down.  Looks to be of the quality of Visual Comfort and has a similar part number.

Beautiful sconces, made to last.  Additional holes were drilled in the back to provide extra support on set when the stage walls were being moved around.
