I have included original tent, original mortar tube with RARE cap and mortar base, scope and scope base - 1/4 legs are broken, original ammo crate with 2/2 rare small shells, original radio with two different types of replacement antennas with bottom shaped to fit better. figure stands are not included.

Please look at the multiple pictures of every angle I have provided, in high resolution, to make your own decision on the grade of the item - good luck finding another sale where this much detail is disclosed!

The Forward Observer is a pre-packaged kit that a Joe can carry into the field in order to perform reconnaissance in enemy territory. It includes a short bullet-proof tent for long-term stays in the field, a 2-way polycarbonate bullet-resistant radio (Good communications range - 2,500 miles), and a 40x infra-red monocular (usable in day or night).

But wait, there's more. It also comes with an EX-29 55mm reusable mortar, which fires shells that can reach any target within three miles easily, thus providing ample deterrent to ground personnel and vehicles. These shells will inflict remarkable damage to everything within the area they strike, and the kit comes with several crates full of them so the Observer can keep firing for hours.

1986 OPERATOR GENERAL HAWK

He has good joints, little paint wear or paint rubs, New O-ring and no screw rust.

Appearance: brown hair; brown jacket with black holster; light and dark green camouflage pants with black belts, holster.

Accessories: original light olive-green goggled helmet with goggles, along with a brown version; original light olive-green backpack with canteen on back; black shotgun, a replacement black handgun, a black knife and the figure stand pictured is included. The two 1991 IMPEL cards #53 are near mint and all are great for display.

Hawk was the original field commander of the Joe Team before he got his General's star and was booted upstairs to honcho the entire G.I. Joe Operation. He's a West Point graduate and has a list of special education credits as long as his arm, but he still managed to get the main body of his experience out there where it counts - on the battle field.
"Hawk's the type of commander who goes out and gets shot at like everyone else. Troops respect that. They know he won't ask them to do anything he isn't willing to do himself. And that's why they are willing to do anything Hawk tells them."
