This is a Mystery Treats Children Plastic Toys that were made in Hong Kong.  The Penny type toys are pretty cool. There are 15 individual packages.   Unused and sealed.  I opened a few from another package that was open.  I found rings and other plastic novelties.  Please see pictures for more detail as they are part of the description.  Got a Question - please ask!!
