New with tags  Silvestri Red Feathers & Black Tassel from The Kelly Paulk Collection, painted wood topper with black colored velour with red gingham & goldribbons  6" tall. There at little red beads dangling from the finial and the ribbon. (I have 2 of these if you want another one.)
