This is a 1971 (Philadelphia) Lincoln Memorial Cent PCGS MS64RB (Mint State 64 Red Brown). This coin has some interesting toning mainly on the obverse surrounding Lincoln's profile with bits of rainbow color that comes out nicely when it is reflecting in the light. This was likely from a paper roll that gave it the toning.
