If a shipping box is too large then the chance of the box being dropped drastically increases during shipping transit causing Lemax buildings and products to break, which are very fragile. The shipping price also increases drastically when the box is large, which no longer makes combined shipping worth wild. However, you can add small items to the shipping box, because they do not usually take up much room or weigh a lot. For example, figurines, or a small table accent.
Note, the seller makes the final decision as to what purchases are safe to combine in one box.
To combine all your purchases in one shipping box all you need to do is place them all in one cart, and make one total payment. This will let eBay know that you are using combined shipping. Important-before you choose combined shipping please send a message to the seller and let her know what items you would like combined. The seller will decide if the items will fit safely together in one box without them breaking.

All Lemax products are now inspected through our Quality Control Department, including photos taken of product before it is shipped to prevent buyer dissatisfaction and returns from defective products.
All products shipped, which are listed brand new are in mint working order without damage or missing parts (such as original adaptors, and accessories, (such as flags or signs when applicable). Some electronic parts cannot be pre-tested.
All used items stated clearly in the listing, will describe the condition of the building and any missing parts or changes made. For example, a white 4.5V DC adaptor versus the original 4.5V DC Adaptor in black.
IMPORTANT
Please be careful taking your item out of the original box and styrofoam container, and foam placed around delicate parts when applicable, so it does not get broken or dropped. I would suggest removing items carefully on top of a soft surface, such as a bed. Please pay particular attention to loose small plastic bags in the styrofoam container, or adaptors sometimes located in the outside styrofoam compartment with a possible small attachment bag, which can fall out when the building is being removed from the container and get lost or broken on the floor.
Postal shipping fees are often based on what is called dimensional weight, plus your zip code (the zone you are in) along with the type of shipping service. All purchases will be shipped the day after payment is made unless item is purchased on Friday, Saturday, or on a Holiday, than item will be shipped the next business day. Buyer will normally receive package in two to five business days unless buyer requests delivery sooner or requests a different type of shipping service.
