1930, number 70 of 75 copies of the deluxe edition that includes an original etching. Hardcover, linen cloth. Text + 12 black and white tipped-in prints.

The original etching is titled Bab-El-Khoukha, Kairovah and is signed and titled in pencil. The impression is 8 x 6 inches, and the full sheet of wove paper is 11.5 x 9 inches. The print is housed in a folder toward the front and comes with a signed and notarized statement from 1930 attesting to the authenticity!

Very Good condition overall; the print itself in Near Fine condition with tiny bit of wear to the corners; contents are clean and unmarked; strong binding; light bumping to the spine ends and corners; spine label with some chipping.

Rosenberg is known as one of the best architectural printmakers of the 20th century. A rare, limited edition book. American Etchers was a series of twelve volumes devoted to contemporary American printmakers aimed at both the bibliophile and the print collector.
