We test ALL of our items using industry leading software such as PassMark BIT, Blancco and NSYSDiag to ensure parts are fully functional and stress tested. Keyboard assemblies are tested with KBD Utility 2024. For cosmetic condition of parts please see all photos in detail.Batteries will have their battery reports listed in the listing photos.

Brand New - Brand new, never used or fitted

New (Other) - Removed from a new laptop - has been fitted but never used 

Used - This item is fully tested & working -  Any item with "Damaged" in the title is fully functional but has cosmetic / assembly damage - Please see photos 

For parts or not working - Parts have functional issues / do not function at all. These parts are excluded from any warranty or return.
