1950s ‘Ericofon DBJ 500’ by L M Ericsson Company, Sweden, in very good cosmetic condition for its age. 

This is an iconic design and very collectible! There is one on display at the V&A museum in South Kensington, London (room 74 - ‘Design 1900 - Now’). It was designed by Ralph Lysell, Hugo Bloomberg and Hans Gosta Thames 1941-1954, and manufactured from 1956-1958.

Please note the telephone is untested - it belonged to my father and hasn’t been used in 10–20 years - so I’m selling it as seen, but it’s an important design and a beautiful decorative object whether working or not.
