POSTAGE:  I use the ebay 500g or 3kg satchels which uses the buyers ebay address, and includes an Australia Post tracking number.  The Aust Post tracking number is automatically added to your order when the item is posted (tracking number appears in your purchase history). 

DESCRIPTION: All pre-loved items are in good-excellent condition. I do not knowingly list items with rips or holes!!  I do attempt to photograph and describe second hand items to the best of my ability, although sometimes slight imperfections may not be picked up and colours may appear darker or lighter due to flash.  Clothing sizes vary from brand to brand and even within brands...therefore it's always best to compare the measurements given to an item that currently fits you.  Hem may have been altered - always check length of item.  Items are sold as pictured -if there is no belt etc pictured there is no belt included.

PAYMENT: Bank deposit (preferred) or Pay Pal payment must be made 5 days after sale.  contact me if you cannot pay within this period.   If you're shopping for a few items please hold any payment until all items have finished, as once you pay it signifies the order is complete and I seal the bag and post.

REFUND POLICY: Please understand I do not offer refunds for change of mind/doesn't fit/colour etc or items lost or damaged in the post. If your item is lost or you disagree with the tracking delivery confirmation you can lodge an investigation with Australia Post.

 PICK UP:  CASH is preferred. item must be collected approx 7 days from end of auction.
