This is a 1973 original Series 1 Cover Ghoul Wacky Pack with a set of finished art cards. The sticker is an original white back from the original Wacky Packages sticker set.  I purchased this set years ago and have no definitive information on the set. The art cards are all printed on heavy white cardstock and none are perforated or cut.  The cards all measure approx: 2 1/2" x 3 1/2".  Please see photos to judge for yourself or email me for more details.
