Fully operational, and functional. Like any good 1980's American, it has some bruises and bumps. Currently about 5/25 fuses are blown on small odds and ends electronics on the front end, and some lights for driving, driverside power window etc. Have replaced and put in new ones too many times. Will ask new purchaser to put in the time to get to know their equipment and will have a list of anything currently not working at pick up. 

All systems used this last year except for propane on stove and water heater. Although was working in 2022. Just had no need to use since as electric and equipment we bring does the job. Would expect whoever purschases to have a full inspection and mechanic inspection prior to driving out on a trip.

-Ripped up old carpet and put down some peel and stick flooring. Planned on fully replacing plywood underneath at the end of this year and will leave that project to new buyer. With about 25-30 labor. This will be your fully functioning classic Ford Americana RV. 

Working - A/c master for RV and van blows air but A/C will need recharging (never cared to use it just put down windows)

              - Heater blows great , fuses blown on car chargers up front, stove works (never used) , fridge works on electric (never tried propane) , toilet just needs to be attached and good to go, we never used but have all the original parts for sink too. Always just used as storage. But always emptied on our way out. Hooked up water every time and never had any issues or problems there. 

Has two big closets for storage and whatever is needed to bring along. Has plenty of above and below storage. Plenty of nice views and windows. Big captain seats up front. Will include any and all requested goods like curtains and lanterns and covers etc. 

Custom made wood pieces to fix up bed frame for queen bed. Bedding can be set to twin/full size, or full queen size. 

Real talk its about 85% of the way there. AS IS, WITH MOST THINGS WORTH HAVING, ya gotta put in a little work for what you want <3 Loved every second with this thing. My wife is asking me to sell it as we have a one year old and a baby on the way this fall. She wants me to save the money and or put it towards things we need as a family. Praying this ends up with somebody who is as excited to have it as I was. Paid cash for this thing in 2020 and never looked back.
