The Movement:

A Marvin 15 Jewel Adjusted Movement that will run, it keeps time, but it runs and stops, it will need servicing. It has a good balance and a good mainspring, it winds and sets as it should but will need servicing.

This watch has been packed away for a minimum of 15 years, the oils and lubrication’s have dried, the movement has not been recently serviced, even though it is running and keeping time the service history is unknown and is being sold as is and “Not Running”.

The Case:

The Fahy’s Sterling Silver Case Wire Lugged watch measures 42mm from lug tip to tip and 34mm’s Wide not including the crown.

The case is a 3-piece case with a screw down bezel and back, The case is still in Very Good Condition …a good polishing and this watch will look great.

Crystal, Dial and Band:

The Glass Crystal is still in usable condition,  a few small  surface scratches and a very small chip at 6 o’clock.

The Oven Fired Porcelain Dial is older and has a chip at 4:30ish and a hairline.

Band: The Black Band is a 10mm Hirsch Leather Band that looks to have never been worn, it looks to be in good condition despite being 15+ years old.  The band with the watch measures 7.5 inches from the gold buckle to the third hole.

Although This Watch will run, it is being sold as “Not Running”. It is Sold in "as is" condition with no warranty and no guarantees, this watch will need servicing and/or adjusting of some kind. Please look at the pics closely, they are close up and show every detail, what you see is what you get.
