A. Payments

B. Returns (We do not accept returns)

We do not accept returns since the customs policies of our country are quite restrictive, however we listen to our clients and if there are difficulties we solve them looking for the best way.

C. Shipping

c. Delivery times: USPS in USA takes to deliver at final destination between 2 or 3 weeks, and for the rest of the World EMS takes approximately between 3 to 6 weeks,

d. Traceability, all our shipments are traceable and insured,

e. Express Shipments, in some occasions we seek express shipping for the satisfaction of our customers, but if it is a requirement on your part please let us know, we have a 3 day shipping system to USA.

f. Packing and packaging: If in the publication we specify to send the watch in the original packaging, we will send it in this but normally our packaging consists of a transparent plastic packaging, inside which the watch is wrapped in bubble paper and tied with clamps (must be broken with scissors).
