Beautiful example, which we're pretty certain is a 1921 or 1922 CG Conn New Wonder Eb saxophone. Has finish loss, some pads look to be needing replacement. No substantial visible dents.  Not sure if there has been repairs or re-solders that we can see. Laquer may have been a factory option, this definitely doesn't look like others of the period. We had it tested by a saxophone player, he could definitely get it to play, so it may need tweaking and adjustment, is all. This has sat in the same house since the 1940-50s untouched. Original case included, which is severely beat up on the inside.  Please see pictures and ask for any other questions you may have. Will be shipped safely and securely.
