This sale is for a Pair (2) Origin Acoustics 4 x 8"  woofers. They have a very high-tech, glass-fiber composite cones, with an inverted rubber surround on a die-cast fiber-filled frame. These are 4 ohm woofers. These are the same woofers used in the Origin Acoustics Composer Collection Model C-67 in-wall / ceiling loudspeakers. The manufacturer claims  low frequency response to 43 Hz. The are ideal for that application, but they are also a fine choice for DIY designs of TV long loudspeaker bars placed below the big screen. They have a smart looking aluminum bullet in the center of the loudspeaker.

These units are new, out-of-box unit purchased for tests and measurements. They have never been installed, and only tested on the bench.

Paired with a 1" dome tweeter on a panel, these units sell for around hundreds of dollars a pair. We are selling this pair of woofers for $49.95.  PRICE REDUCED to $39.00

Combining these woofers with a one inch dome tweeter will produce a full range loudspeaker system, with a very low vertical profile, and with a very shallow depth. This loudspeaker will operate well in an enclosure of approximately 1/5 cubic foot.
