Shipping
1. Same business day shipping. Cut off time 3:00PM, PST. (holidays excluded)
2. We urge you to contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel an order you placed
3.We ship items Monday through Friday, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
4.Estimated order transit time: 2-4 Business days from shipment date (U.S orders only).
5.Overnight order are processed the same business day. We use FEDEX overnight for most of our Next Day Air services. If you would like a different carrier, please request so before checkout.
California Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged for all orders with a California shipping address.
Returns
1. You have 60 days to return your item for a full refund.
2. We are anti-restocking fee. We did not charge you a "stocking fee" when you first purchased your item so why would we charge you a "restocking fee" if you need to return it.
3. We are pro prepaid shipping labels. You will receive a prepaid label for all items that are not as described or defective. The prepaid label only applies to orders within the U.S.
