What a time-saver it will be – clamp on to your work surface, attach the fruit and turn the handle... thanks to the precison geared cogs, off comes the zest in a single piece, leaving all the pith behind. It has to be tried to be believed! Just as good for limes or lemons for limoncello – simply adjust the blade to suit.
