Hofner H500 1-RFT-0 Violin Bass Rooftop '69

Description

On January 30, 1969, the Beatles held an unannounced concert on the roof of AppleCorps' headquarters at 3 Savile Row in London.
This was supposed to be their last public performance, but only a small number of spectators were able to actually see the group.
Since then, this concert has become known as RooftopConcert.

The Hofner500 1RooftopBass is a tribute to this historic instrument and comes complete with a certificate of authenticity, the iconic BASSMAN sticker, and a hard case.
Made in our workshop in Hagenau, Germany, they are given an exquisite vintage finish in our own paint shop and equipped with black nylon strings with golden string ends.

Flame maple hollow body with spruce top.
Three-piece maple neck and rosewood fingerboard reinforced with beech wood.
Nut width 42mm, scale length 762mm. Aged sunburst finish.
The '69 Rooftop Edition comes with black nylon strings and the legendary BASSMAN sticker.
